No-Sew Mask Tutorial & Self-Contamination tips

Here is a quick & easy no-sew fabric mask I demo’d and posted on Instagram:

-Wash your hands before and after

-Wipe the surface you put your mask down on

-Wash the mask daily

-Keep it on you face at all times! Unless there is absolutely no one around.

-Don’t wear gloves :)
